Dear Wahoo Middle School Families:
The 2025-2026 school year will bring some exciting changes to Wahoo Middle School. Over the past year, the middle school building has undergone a major expansion and renovation, creating a refreshed and improved learning environment for students and staff.
We’re also thrilled to welcome new 5th and 6th grade students and their families, as Wahoo Middle School will serve grades five through eight.
With these changes, our teachers and staff are excited to begin the year in our updated building. To help ensure a smooth and successful transition, we’ve adjusted the start dates specifically for Wahoo Middle School. These changes are intended to give everyone a familiarity with the new building, routines, and structure.
Please carefully review the updated start dates and times for Wahoo Middle School students ONLY. We believe this staggered start time will help both students and staff ease into the school year more comfortably.

Wahoo Middle School Adjusted Starting Dates for Students (2025-2026):
- Thursday - August 14th (1:30 PM Dismissal) >> 5th & 6th Grade Students ONLY
- Friday - August 15th (Regular School Day) >> ALL Students Report (Grades 5-8). First day of School for ALL 7th and 8th Grade Students.
